We had never done this type of tours but will definitely do it again! It was interesting and entertaining! We learnt a lot about Colombia, Cartagena, history, people, architecture, cuisine, religion, you name it! Our guide Enrique was extremely knowledgeable and funny, he even gave postcard gifts to people who answered correctly some questions! Definitely something to do if you want to learn more about the city before going around on your own to discover it in more details!

I really enjoyed this tour (although I did find it to get rather tiring by the end of it). Our guide was Camilo and he was awesome. He knew the city in and out, gave us excellent recommendations and overall had a great demeanor/energy. It was a good tour to give you an overview of the city's history and main sites in the old town.

The free tour is aproximately 2 hours long.

ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE TOURS?

Yes, reservations for the free and select tours are necessary to obtain the confirmation. Reservations subject to availability and upon request by form on our website. For last minute bookings, WhatsApp +57 3007884863 for confirmation.

HOW DO I KNOW MY RESERVATION REQUEST IS CONFIRMED?

You will receive a confirmation email.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION REQUEST?

You can cancel a reservation request or check the tour status by entering the reservation request id at the status form on our website.

IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED ON A TOUR?

Yes, there is maximum number of people for tours. Reservations are required so that we can be sure to have an appropriate number of staff members at the tour starting point due to the pandemic we handle small groups. Bring your own facemask, they are mandatory in the COVID-19 period.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO SHOW UP FOR MY TOUR?

We prefer you get there at least 15 minutes before the start time.

DO THE FREE TOUR INCLUDE THE ENTRANCE FEES TO THE PLACES OF INTEREST?

No, but this is a panoramic tour.
