Tour Description

We love this beautiful, chaotic and mesmerising city full of wonders and history. We love its rainy days and cherish the moments the sun smiles upon us. We love London. From the beginning we wanted to do things in a different way. We wanted to tell the stories everyone knew about London in a new way, but more importantly, we wanted to tell the stories that not many people had heard before. This is what lies at the heart of Wonders of London. We want to tell the best known and unknown stories of the history of this amazing city. Free Tour Jack the Ripper in London
Jack the Ripper Tour is a unique free tour in London that transports you back to Victorian London. We will explore the poorest and most dangerous alleyways that, in the 19th century, were the crime scenes of gruesome murders committed by this still unidentified serial killer.

The walking tour begins in the Tower Hill area and continues in Whitechapel, which was sadly known as the ‘Doors to Hell’ during that era. The darkness of a late evening enhances the experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the gloomy atmosphere. Combined with the excellent acting skills of our guides, you will feel totally engaged and absorbed.

During this free tour in London, you will learn about all the victims, suspects, and conspiracy theories that will help you unravel the mystery behind Jack the Ripper’s murders.

Who was he? Some believe he was a doctor, others a butcher. What do you think? Be a detective for a day and use our clues to build your own theory!

Things to Consider:

  • Look for the guide with our unique blue, red and white umbrella with our logo.
  • You will receive more detailed instructions by email after your booking. We go out rain or shine, so if it’s drizzling please remember to bring a rain jacket or an umbrella.
  • Only in case of unbearably inclement weather, the tour will be rescheduled and you will be contacted as soon as we can. Yes you can, but we highly recommend to make a booking which is absolutely free and it takes less than one minute.
  • This is because in case of a very large group, for health and safety reasons we would need to accept participants with booking only and unfortunately if you have no booking we will have to send you home.
  • Please note that we can’t take groups of more than 8 people on our free tours, if this is the case please get in touch with us here to enquire about a private tour [email protected].
