"The old town tour was really informative about the history of Taiwan whilst being entertaining. The two girls were very inclusive and brought all the group together. We were introduced to drinks and ice cream flavours which were totally different to the ones at home." 307helenw, United Kingdom

Spent three hours wandering around some of the back streets of Taipei, checking out the parks, architecture and some local cuisine. The guides were interesting and gave just the right amount of history, without being overwhelming. Highly recommend this tour. Noelene P

Yes, try contacting us via WhatsApp +886960032022 to check where the group is. If you manage to find the group, it’s ok to join us.

I’ve heard Taipei is a rainy city. Should I bring my umbrella?

Yes! An umbrella will definitely help you enjoy the tour in case it starts to rain. Don’t hesitate to also check the weather forecast to know what weather you can expect during the tour.

Do you cancel your free walking tours due to bad weather?

We usually don’t cancel our tours due to bad weather. If cancellation of the tour due to extremely bad weather is inevitable, we will send you an email. But this really doesn’t happen very often.

Is there a recommended amount I should pay the guide?

We recommend at least 200 NTD. But as always, you are free to adjust the amount based on how much you enjoyed the tour!

How should I be dressed for the temples?

There isn’t any specific dress code for the temples. There is no problem with wearing sandals or shorts. Just choose the clothes that are most comfortable for you.
